About Us

COMSATS YouthE Society was established in September 2010 at Computer Science Department, COMSATS University, Islamabad in Lahore Campus. The coreobjective of this SocietyYouthE is to promote computing as a science and profession as well as organizing different events for the students to get them relieved from the hectic studies schedule. YouthE organizes Concerts, Musical Nights, Qawwalis, sports related events, workshops, SEMINARS, and different programming and gamming contests to promote information and communication technologies.

Mr. Syed Ali Taqi has always been a strong advocate of student growth beyond academics, believing deeply in the power of societies to shape confident leaders. During his student life at GCU, he actively contributed to social and academic initiatives and proudly served as President of a society, where his leadership left a lasting impact. His vision, discipline, and ability to unite students toward a common purpose set him apart as a natural leader. As an advisor, he brings the same passion, integrity, and strategic thinking to guide students in achieving excellence. Sir Taqi’s mentorship encourages critical thinking, responsibility, and professional ethics among society members. He consistently motivates students to step forward, take initiative, and serve the community with purpose. His guidance has helped countless students discover their potential and refine their leadership skills. Under his supervision, the society continues to grow as a platform for learning, collaboration, and meaningful impact.

Campus

COMSATS University, Muhammad Ali Jinnah Campus, Lahore was established in January 2002. It is located at Defense Road off Raiwind Road Lahore. The campus is at 25- minute drive from the main city. This sprawling campus is purpose built and spreads over 185 acres with a 400,000 sq. ft covered area. Currently there are almost 7,000 students enrolled in different programs at Lahore Campus of CUI.
